we always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  if you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. please call us at 360.844.6532 or email us at bobbi@allure-boutique.com and we will rectify this right away! 

allure refund policy

  • merchandise must be returned within 7 days from purchase date for a full refund.  store credit for returns 8-14 days from purchase.
  • origial receipt must be included and price tags attached
  • all returned merchandise must be in original condition
  • we will not accept merchandise that's missing tags, worn, altered, or washed
  • shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks
  • shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable
  • packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return
  • all credits for returns will be applied to the original form of payment
  • all sales are final on discounted merchandise and intimate apparel items (bralettes & bramis).  we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items
